Overview

Uterine Cancer is a type of cancer that develops in the uterus (womb), most commonly in the inner lining called the endometrium. It is one of the most common gynecological cancers and is often detected early due to noticeable symptoms.

Uterine cancer mainly affects postmenopausal women, but it can occur at any age. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment significantly improve survival rates and outcomes.

Types of Uterine Cancer Disease

• Endometrial Cancer: Most common type, starts in the uterine lining
• Uterine Sarcoma: Rare and aggressive cancer affecting muscle or connective tissue
• Adenocarcinoma: Common subtype of endometrial cancer
