Overview 

Tropical Sprue is a rare digestive condition that affects the small intestine, leading to poor absorption of nutrients such as fats, vitamins, and minerals. It is most commonly seen in tropical and subtropical regions.

The condition can result in chronic diarrhea, weight loss, and nutritional deficiencies. With timely diagnosis and appropriate treatment, most patients recover well.
